Being More Careful The Second Time Around: Fall In Love Again By Eddie Money

Eddie Money was always one of my favorite singers when I was growing up in the 80's.  He always sang from the heart and his song's were about the things we can all relate to.  I thought I'd use one of his songs for this post to start off this month of hearts which is February.  Eddie had his share of great love songs and they can give today's songs a run for their money.  For this post, I chose the song "Fall In Love Again".

With love in the air again, I bet every lonely guy or gal has their eyes set on landing a soul mate.  A lot of these people have had their hearts broken in the past but have are still searching for that special somebody with whom they can share their lives with.  As much as possible, they don't want to make the same mistake again.  This is for the obvious reasons that they don't want to feel the hurt of being rejected again.

Well, for me, I'm happy being single right now even if my obnoxious batchmate keeps egging me to get hitched.  For those who are going to go at it and play the game again, just remember what you did wrong back then.  It'll save you some grief  when you go at it again.  Also be honest if it's worth it and if it's what you really, really want.  Well for those who want to fall again, good luck with your search and may you find the one.

Hard Just Keeps Getting Harder: Hard Life By Eddie Money

Well the year is winding down again and everybody's in a frantic pace as they preparations for the holidays.  For me, however, the holidays doesn't give me any relief from all the stress that has happened this year.  I hate to say this but for some reason it just exacerbates my stressful state.  Sadly, this year is another reminder of how hard life is.  Eddie Money tells it like it is in his song :Hard Life".

I had a lot of hopes when this year started and were going so well.  Then somewhere along the way, it happened.  When it did, I felt everything go down the drain as the darkness set in.  It's bad enough that there were so many things that are making life difficult but this took us all by surprise and an unpleasant one at that.  Just because people that they wouldn't give you something you can't handle, doesn't mean that they should give it anyway.  Right now this is still an issue and has filled me with worry since I heard it.

Life can be so cruel.  It gives you more problems when it;s the last thing that you need.  I just hope that this be resolved soon for I have had no rest since it happened.  I know life isn't fair but these days, it's been too unfair.  There's been too much bad and too little good.  It's just a grim and sad reminder of how hard life can be.

Still Holding On: Hold On By Eddie Money

You'd be lucky if you'd be waking up to the same old crap. Even if the day is awful, at least you know the routine and simply take the pain. When you take break with your office mates, you can expect the usual crumbling about the daily grind as if they're ready to throw down the towel. But they're there the next and are still fighting the good fight because they still believe that something good will turn out eventually. Still hanging in there even you're burned out and weary reminds me of the song "Hold On" by Eddie Money.

For those those who have achieved their dreams or are reaping the benefits of their labor, everyday is a blast for they are living life the way they want it. For those who didn't or have yet to achieve it, it's a daily struggle as to make those dreams come true. While some have resigned themselves to the usual 9 to 5 gig, others just hang in till their times come. Either way, they're still there instead of throwing the towel and ending on the streets or on a noose. It proves that they haven't given up on life.

You've got to have patience, perseverance and faith to get things right. It won't happen right away and you make do with the hand you're dealt with. If you really want it, then work for it and when it's sight go for it. Till then just bear the situation just a little bit longer. Your time will come so just hold on a bit.
