These last three days sure have been a bummer. Just when you thought that it won't rain, it does. Whether you go to work or go home, it can sure ruin your day. It's not just the rain in the weather but also the constant shower of problems that keep pummeling people day by day.Whenever either or both kinds of rains starts to pour, the song "Still Rainin" by Johnny Lang comes to mind.
The difference between the two rains is simple. The first really deals with the elements while other deals with the crap that happens in life. The former gets you soaking wet while the other leaves your blood pressure rising. One thing that they both have in common is that they're real downers. When the two strikes at once, it can be a real downer.
It's really sucks when the real thing and the metaphor hit you at the same time. Just when things can't get any worse, the just got worse. Well that's life I guess. Just tough it out and wait for the sun to shine. Hopefully it'll chase those cursed rains away..
